ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 03 - 057 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> REQUEST FOR 2500 HIGHWAY 88 <br /> WHEREAS, Health Care Plus, Inc., 2500 Highway 88, #105, has submitted a conditional use <br /> permit request to allow an adult day care facility in a commercially zoned district; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, adult day care is a permitted conditional use in a commercially zoned district; and <br /> WHEREAS, at a public hearing held on July 15, 2003, the Planning Commission reviewed and <br /> recommended Council approval with the condition that the applicant abide by the <br /> State of Minnesota license requirements at all times when operating in St. <br /> Anthony Village. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby approves the request for a conditional use permit, submitted by Health Care Plus, Inc., for <br /> property located at 2500 Highway 88, #105 and that the applicant be in compliance with the <br /> above-stated condition. <br /> Adopted this day of , 2003. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for Administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
