ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 03 - 059 <br /> .RESOLUTION TO REGISTER LAND <br /> WHEREAS;the City Council has determined that the City shall sell the property <br /> commonly known as the Stonehouse parcel for the purpose of redevelopment; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Stonehouse parcel has several title defects that can best be cured through <br /> the registration process; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Council deems it to be in the best interest of the City and of the public <br /> that said Stonehouse parcel be registered so that the sale and redevelopment can be <br /> consummated; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. <br /> Anthony, Hennepin and Ramsey Counties, Minnesota, that the land described on Exhibit A <br /> attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference be registered according to Minnesota <br /> Statutes Chapter 508. <br /> Adopted this day of , 2003. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for Administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
