APPROVAL OF JANUARY 6, 2004 H.R.A.AGENDA. <br /> 16 Motion by Commissioner Faust, seconded by Commissioner Thuesen, to approve the January 6, <br /> 17 2004 Housing and Redevelopment Authority Agenda as presented. <br /> 18 <br /> 19 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 20 <br /> 21 II. CONSENT AGENDA. <br /> 22 Commissioner Stille asked that the minutes be removed from consideration. <br /> 23 <br /> 24 Motion by Commissioner Horst, seconded by Commissioner Faust, to approve the Consent <br /> 25 Agenda, which consisted of: <br /> 26 <br /> 27 B.
