Consider licenses and permits. <br /> 33 C. Consider payment of claims. <br /> 34 Motion by Councilmember Horst, seconded by Councilmember Faust, to Approve the Consent <br /> 35 Agenda. <br /> 36 <br /> 37 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 38 <br /> 39 IV. Resolution 04-052; Approving the City of St. Anthony 2003 Audit and Financial Report. <br /> 44 Stuart Bonniwell, CPA, and Roger Larson, Finance Director,presenting_ <br /> 45 Stuart Bonniwell, CPA, reviewed for the Council the 2003 Audit Report. He reported financial <br /> 46 activities of the City were significant in 2003. He indicated significant financial events started <br /> 47 with severe state revenue reductions and this impact on the City's operating budget, the closing <br /> 48 of liquor operations, issuance of six types of bonds, commencement of renovation of public <br /> 49 works facilities,plans for construction of afire station and continuing re-development efforts of <br />
