25 <br /> CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 03 - 035 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING CLOSING THE <br /> STONEHOUSE BAR AND RESTAURANT <br /> WHEREAS, the Stonehouse Bar and Restaurant is a city-owned property located at 2700 <br /> Highway 88 within the City of St. Anthony; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City has been presented an opportunity by Amcon Development to redevelop <br /> the site; and <br /> WHEREAS, Amcon will allow charitable gambling organizations, now situated in the <br /> Stonehouse Bar and Restaurant, to continue their pull tab activities; and <br /> WHEREAS, liquor liability insurance and most costs associated with maintaining the <br /> Stonehouse Bar and Restaurant are continuing to increase. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby agrees to close the City-owned Stonehouse Bar and Restaurant, 2700 Highway 88 within <br /> the City of St. Anthony, effective May 31, 2003. <br /> Adopted this day of ) 2003. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for Administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
