ANTHONY <br /> NOTICE OF HEARING <br /> SIGN VARIANCE <br /> TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> Notice is hereby given that there will be a public hearing by the <br /> Planning Commission of the City of St. Anthony on Tuesday, November <br /> 15, 1988 at 7:35 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, <br /> 3301. Silver Lake Road (enter northeast corner) for the following <br /> purpose: <br /> Consideration of a request from R. L. Johnson Investment <br /> for a variance from the sign regulations of the City Code _ <br /> to allow installation of a free standing sign at 3055 <br /> Old Highway 8 .(former Medtronic building) . The applicants <br /> request a variance to allow a 2 sided sign with a total <br /> • square footage of 118 square feet where the ordinance <br /> allows a total of 32 square feet. The proposed sign <br /> would be 10 feet X 5.9 feet and would be mounted on a <br /> 6 foot solid pedestal base for a total height of 11.9 <br /> feet where the ordinance allows a maximum height of only <br /> 5 feet. <br /> Anyone wishing to be heard with reference to the above matter will <br /> be heard at said time and place.
