ANTHONY <br /> NOTICE OF HEARING <br /> VARIANCE PETITION <br /> TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> Notice is hereby given that there will be a public hearing by the <br /> Planning Commission of the City of St. Anthony on Tuesday, February <br /> 21, 1984 , at 7 : 35 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, <br /> 3301 Silver Lake Road Center northeast corner) for the purpose : <br /> Consideration of a petition for a variance for the erection of <br /> a 6 foot wood fence . The petition was filed in regard to that <br /> property described as Lot 44 , Block 2 , Bonnie View Heights <br /> (2912 - 32nd Avenue N.E. ) . Granting of the variance will allow <br /> for the 6 foot wood screen fence along the east line , 10 feet <br /> in front of the house and to the west for 6 feet . Fence in <br /> question was mistakenly erected without permit and is 2 feet <br /> taller than allowed by ordinance . Variance would allow fence <br /> to remain. <br /> Anyone wishing to be heard with reference to the above matter shall <br /> be hard at said time- and place .
