Childs, City Manager <br /> SUMMARY DISCUSSION OF SUBJECT: This is a request from the new owners of the S i d <br /> Johnson Townhomes located north of 39th Avenue N.E. on the east side of Silver Lake <br /> Road, for a variance to allow two identification signs rather than one, as provided <br /> by the Sign Code. In addition, I understand the future of the Craig Morris sign <br /> had something to do with the completion of the townhouses and their final sign <br /> configuration.
