ANTHONY <br /> NOTICE OF HEARING <br /> VARIANCE PETITION <br /> TO WHOM IT 14AY CONCER14 : <br /> Notice is hereby given that there will be a public hearing by the. <br /> Planning Commission of the City of. -St. Anthony. on Tuesday, February <br /> 21 , 1984 , at 7: 45 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the City Hall , <br /> 3301 Silver Lake Road (enter northeast corner) for the purpose : <br /> Consideration of a petition for a sign variance. Granting of <br /> the petition would allow for two signs , 22 inches X 60 inches <br /> each, one to be placed on each side of the main entry of the <br /> St. Anthony Court townhomes . Only one such sign is allowed by <br /> the City Sign Ordinance . Variance would allow existing signs <br /> erected without permit to remain. <br /> Anyone wishing to be heard in reference to the above shall be heard <br /> at said time and place .
