ANTHONY <br /> NOTICE OF HEARING <br /> VARIANCE PETITION <br /> TO WHOM IT 14AY CONCERN: <br /> Notice is hereby given that there will be a public hearing by the <br /> Planning Commission of the City of St. Anthony on Tuesday , February <br /> 21, 1984 , at 8 :00 P.M. , in the Council Chambers of the City Hall , <br /> 3301 Silver Lake Road (:enter northeast corner) for the purpose: <br /> Consideration of a petition for William Flaherty , 3208 Rankin <br /> Road, for a variance to allow construction of a 22 ' X 22 ' <br /> attached garage on the west side of the home at that address . <br /> Said addition would allow conversion of the existing garage <br /> into living space. The proposed addition would come within <br /> 7 feet of the west property line . <br /> Anyone wishing to be heard with reference to the above matter shall <br /> be heard at said time and place .
