I have nine <br /> children and seventeen grandchildren-- and. during the holidays, the existing <br /> space is at a premium. <br /> My house was built in 1962 and the original plans called for the house to face <br /> what is now Hilldale Avenue. Since the road had not yet been constructed, the <br /> plans had to be altered to face Rankin Road. <br /> This new addition will be approximately seven feet from the west property line <br /> which is within the five feet requirement for a garage side set-back. The new <br /> appearance will be similar to the other houses up and down Hilldale Avenue, as <br /> it will now resemble a house front. <br /> Also, we have a pool with a large deck and fenced in area that will remain for <br /> our outdoor activities. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> 9 � <br /> William B.
