CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MINUTES <br /> • January 10, 1984 <br /> The meeting was called to order by Chairman Sundland at 8 : 40 P.M. <br /> Present for roll call: Sundland, Secretary/Treasurer Marks and <br /> Commissioners Ranallo, Enrooth and Makowske. <br /> Also present: David Childs , Executive Director; William Soth, <br /> Attorney, and William Zawislak, Planning Commission Representative. <br /> Motion by Secretary/Treasurer Marks and seconded by Commissioner <br /> Enrooth to approve as submitted the minutes- of the H.R.A. meeting <br /> held December 13 , 1983. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Commissioner Ranallo and seconded by Secretary/Treasurer <br /> Marks to approve payment of $2,796.75 to Dorsey & Whitney for <br /> legal services connected with the Kenzie Terrace Redevelopment <br /> Project during October, 1983 . <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Secretary/Treasurer Marks and seconded by Commissioner <br /> • Ranallo to approve payment of $5, 000 to O.J. Janski & Associates <br /> for inspection of properties and real estate appraisals for the <br /> Kenzington Terrace Project (remainder of $8 , 000 was previously <br /> paid by Westwood) . <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Secretary/Treasurer Marks and seconded by Commissioner <br /> Makowske to approve payment of $1,260 to Federal-State Relocation <br /> Consulting Service, Inc. for their services on Phase 1 of - the <br /> Kenzie Terrace Project. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Secretary/Treasurer Marks and seconded by Commissioner <br /> Enrooth to approve payment of $500 to Michael J. Rivard for <br /> consulting services on the commercial loans to tenants in the <br /> St. Anthony Shopping Center for ,the renovation program proposed <br /> for that center. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion .by Commissioner Ranallo -and seconded-by Secretary/Treasurer <br /> Marks to approve . payment of $2,833.50 .to the Derrick Companies <br /> for consulting services on the Kenzie Terrace Project. <br /> • Motion carried unanimously. <br />
