No one <br /> 26 present reported failure to receive the Notice or objected to its <br /> 27 content. <br /> 28 Proposal: <br /> 29 *to change the zoning classification for the property at 2525 - 33rd <br /> 30 Avenue N.E. from R-1 (single family residential) to B (Service/Office <br /> 31 limited business) .
