Starting time had been delayed one <br /> 3 half hour until the Primary Election polls had closed. <br /> 4 ROLL CALL <br /> 5 Present for roll call: Marks, Ranallo, Sundland, Enrooth, Makowske. <br /> 6 Also present: David Childs, City Manager <br /> 7 Sue VanderHeyden, Assistant to the City Manager.- <br /> 8 AUGUST 23RD COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES APPROVED WITH CHANGES <br /> 9 Motion by Marks, seconded by Makowske to approve the above with the <br /> 10 following changes: <br /> 11 Page 8, line 41 : Substitute "Councilmember" for "Commis- <br /> 12 sioner" . <br /> 13 Page 15, line 6: Move "by Miller Schroeder" in line, 7 between <br /> 14 "bonds" and "to pay" on line 6. <br /> 5 Page 16 , line 8: Close sentence after "City offices" and sub- <br /> 6 stitute "The agenda packet also contained a <br /> 17 memorandum from Mr. Buendorf regarding the <br /> 18 City entrance sign to be erected in Trillium <br /> 19 Park" for the rest of the wording in that <br /> 20 paragraph. <br /> 21 Page 16, line 13 : Substitute "left his internship position" for <br /> 22 "left City service" . <br /> 23 Page 16, line 17: Insert "that" between "recommendation" and <br /> 24 "the" . <br /> 25 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 26 LICENSESIPERMITSfPETITIONS <br /> 27 Motion by Enrooth, seconded by Marks to grant the following licenses as <br /> 28 listed in the September 13th Council agenda packet: <br /> 29 Contractors <br /> 30 Rein Builders, Inc. , St. Paul <br /> 31 Pacific Pools, Oakdale <br /> 32 John Anderson, Minneapolis. <br /> 33 The Pacesetter Corp. , New Brighton <br /> 34 JVK Quality Homes, Inc. , Coon Rapids <br /> • 1 <br />
