Hellickson, submits request for subdivision/plat approval for 3901/3909 Silver <br /> Lake Road. <br /> The subdivision/plat approval request is necessary for the tax increment financing proposal. <br /> ISSUES <br /> The proposed building and parking area meets all requirements for commercial zoning. <br /> • RECOMMENDATION <br /> Recommend approval to the City Council the request for subdivision/plat approval for <br /> 3901/3909 Silver Lake Road. <br /> NOTE: Larger drawings of the proposed plat will be available at the meeting.
