The garage addition will be 21 feet from the garage on the <br /> adjoining property. <br /> 2. There is one medium-sized tree on the adjoining property. <br /> (see site plan) <br /> 3 . That portion of structure on the adjoining property is a garage <br /> so light and visibility are not a problem. <br /> 4. The space between the addition on my garage and the adjoining <br /> • property garage would be more than adequate for firefighters <br /> and equipment to access the back yard. <br /> 5. See answer No. 1 above. <br /> '6. It would not be possible to locate a garage or add on to the <br /> existing garage in any other manner than shown on the site <br /> plan. <br /> 7. We know that the parking restriction during the winter months <br /> has created an inconvenience to people with .single garages <br /> and driveways. This addition would not only eliminate that <br /> inconvenience, but would, -more 'importantly, increase the <br /> value of my home and make it more salable in the future. <br />
