CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY <br /> NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, <br /> October 19, 1993 at 7:05 P.M., or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Council Chambers <br /> of the City Hall, 3301 Silver Lake Road (enter northeast corner) for the following purpose: <br /> Applicant: Richard B. Freiberg, Owner, Dick's St. Anthony "66" <br /> Property Address: 2700 Kenzie Terrace <br /> Proposal: Petition for a setback variance to allow the construction <br /> of a gas pump canopy. The setback requirement is 35 <br /> feet from a right-of-way in a Commercial "C" zoning <br /> classification. The setback variance request is for 27 <br /> feet, so that the canopy will be setback eight feet at its <br /> closest point to the right-of-way. <br /> Anyone wishing to be heard with reference to the above matter will be heard at said time <br /> and place.
