Power production in excess of the use provided for in the contingency plan under <br /> first priority. <br /> - Fifth Priority: <br /> Use of power equipment that requires water use. <br /> Six Priority: <br /> 3 <br /> Non-essential use.as defined by Minnesota Statues 130G,291 as lawn sprinkling, <br /> vehicle washing, golf courses, park irrigation and other non-essential uses. <br /> Priorities of restrictive measures will be determined (in case of emergency) by the Director of <br /> Public Works with communications to City Manager and City Council. <br /> Long range restrictions of the water use will be decided by the City Manager and City Council. <br /> Communications of all incidents will be done as soon as the emergency is under control (by the <br /> Director of Public Works or the Public Works Supervisor) to the City Manager and City <br /> s Council. <br />
