Programs for adults with disabilities include outreach activities to identify adults <br /> needing service, classes specifically for adults with disabilities. services enabling the adults to <br /> participate in community education, and activities to increase public awareness and enhance <br /> the role of people with disabilities in the community. These programs must require substantial parental <br /> involvement. Districts are encouraged to coordinate these programs with their special <br /> education and vocational education programs. as well as with other public or nonprofit <br /> agencies providing similar services. <br />
