1 CITY OF ST. ANTHONY PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES 3 SEPTEMBER 16, 1997 4 I. CALL TO ORDER/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. 5 The meeting was called to order and the Pledge of Allegiance was led by Chair Bergstrom at 6 7:05 P.M. 7 H. ROLL CALL. 8 Commissioners present: Chair Bergstrom; Commissioners Delmonico, Franzese (arrived 9 at 7:07 P.M.), Gondorchin, Horst, Makowske (arrived at 7:15 10 P.M.), and Thompson. 11 , Commissioners absent: None. 12 Also present: Kim Moore-Sykes, Management Assistant. 13 III. APPROVAL OF SEPTEMBER 16, 1997 PLANNING COMMISSION AGENDA. 14 Motion by Gondorchin, seconded by Horst, to approve the Planning Commission Agenda for 15 September 16, 1997 as presented. 16 Motion carried unanimously. IV. APPROVAL OF THE AUGUST 19, 1997 PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES. 19 Motion by Gondorchin, seconded by Bergstrom, to approve the August 19, 1997 Planning 20 Commission Meeting minutes with the following changes: 21 Page 2, Line 19: Replace "Chair Bergstrom" with "Vice Chair Makowske"; 22 Page 3, Line 25: Replace "Chair Bergstrom" with "Vice Chair Makowske"; 23 Page 6, Line 27: Replace "Chair Bergstrom" with "Vice Chair Makowske"; 24 Page 12, Lines 11,12: Replace "to sell the center" with "the eventual intent of the St. 25 Anthony Shopping Center owner to sell the center." and strike 26 the sentence "He commented...locally-owned." 27 28 Commissioner Franzese arrived at 7:07 P.M. 29 Motion carried unanimously. 30 V. DESIGNATE PLANNING COMMISSION REPRESENTATIVE FOR SEPTEMBER 23, 31 1997 COUNCIL MEETING. 32 Chair Bergstrom was appointed as the Planning Commission representative for the Tuesday, 33 September 23, 1997, City Council meeting. 34 VI. PUBLIC HEARINGS. 1. 97-10, Bernard Preussner, 3209 Skvcroft Drive, Request for Variance to Fence Size. Chair Bergstrom opened the public hearing at 7:12 P.M.
