Your request will be <br /> granted. <br /> As you know, the Minnesota State Statutes require any land use related applications to be approved or <br /> denied by the governing body within sixty (60) days after receipt of a completed application. Today, I <br /> received and have verified the completeness of your application. Therefore, the sixty (60) days begin <br /> today and will end at the close of business May 29, 2000. <br /> The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing regarding your request Tuesday, April 18, 2000 at <br /> 7:OOpm. Subsequent to the public hearing, the Planning Commission will make their <br /> recommendation(s) to the City Council at the regular Council Meeting scheduled April 25, 2000. Your <br /> presence or that of your representative is required at_both meetings.
