The following <br /> information is in response to the comments provided to Sigma: <br /> Item 1: The proposed-westerly entrance to the site from 37 1' Avenue North should be <br /> aligned with Belden Drive'on the south side of 37" Avenue. <br /> • Response: The alignment of the Walgreens entrance and Beldon Drive was <br /> addressed and coordinated with TOLD Development and is now shown on the <br /> preliminary plan, Sheet C1 . <br /> Item 2: Access permits to Silver Lake Road and 37" Avenue will need to be acquired <br /> from the County and copies submitted to the City of St. Anthony. <br /> Response: This item will be addressed at a later time and will be coordinated <br /> with TOLD Development. <br /> Item 3: Storm water treatment to NURP recommended standards will be required. <br /> Response: The NURP recommended standards are being met by providing 0.25 <br /> ac-ft of dead storage (see hydrologic calculations). A slope of 5:1 is being used <br /> instead of the 10:1 bench requirement at the normal water elevation. Due to <br /> lot size limitations, the live storage discharge requirements can not be met, as <br /> shown in the hydrologic calculations. This will be addressed in the final <br /> engineering process with input from the city. <br /> Item 4: The developer should receive approval of the development plan from the MPCA. <br /> Response: This will be addressed with the final engineering. <br /> Item 5: Due to existing soil contamination, the pond should be lined to address any <br /> concerns of the MPCA. <br /> ® Response: The pond liner will be addressed at a later time with the MPCA <br /> approval process. <br /> N:\TOLD-DEV\1054\st-anthon\ST-AN Resp.wpd <br />
