• Subd. 2. Height. A sign must not exceed 8 feet in height, including pedestal <br /> and any berming. <br /> Subd. 3. Surface Area: <br /> (1) Signs having one copy surface may have up to 34 square feet of <br /> surface area. <br /> (2) Signs having two or more copy surfaces may have up to 68 <br /> square feet for all surfaces. <br /> (3) Buildings with two or more businesses/tenants shall be allowed <br /> an additional 12 square feet for two or more copy surfaces, for a <br /> total of 80 square feet. <br /> Subd. 4. Landscapi�_ <br /> (1) Ground signs must be landscaped. Landscaping may consist of <br /> shrubs, plants, rocks, or other decorative materials located <br /> around the pedestal. <br /> • Subd. 5. Design and Location:; <br /> (1) Signs must maximize the use of natural materials in <br /> construction and should conform to the material design of the <br /> principal structure. <br /> (2) Signs must be located at least 15 feet from any street or other <br /> easement. <br /> (3) The pedestal width of a ground sign must be at least equal to the <br /> sign width. <br /> (4) The principal structure of a parcel of land will be allowed one <br /> ground sign, regardless of the number of tenants in the <br /> structure. <br /> 1400.11 Wall Signs. The sign surface area of a wall sign may not exceed 15% of the <br /> area of the wall to which it is applied. <br /> 1400.12 District Schedules.
