MEMO + <br /> DATE: 12/12/00 MEETING DATE: 12/19/00 <br /> TO: Planning Commissioners <br /> FROM: Susan Henry, Assistant City Manager <br /> RE: Public Hearing: Accurate Wire Solutions Street Vacation <br /> Requested Action: <br /> Accurate Wire Solutions, Inc., (the petitioner) has submitted a formal petition to the City of St. <br /> Anthony for a street vacation for St. Anthony Lane. <br /> Background: <br /> With an addition planned, more parking is needed and necessary (per city code) for the petitioner. <br /> The proposed addition measures 7,000 square feet. To accommodate this, Accurate Wire is <br /> requesting the street vacation from the City. The City codes states required parking is 200 square <br /> feet per car. Accurate Wire plans on adding 20 cars to its parking lot, so they would be required to <br /> have 4,000 square feet for parking.
