The landscape hedge has beer! added to the <br /> landscape plan to provide"the edge . . . . of sufficient height to block headlights. Our <br /> comments on the Dahlgen recommendations are a follows: <br /> Recommendation #1- Complied- added hedge as outlined above <br /> Recommendation#2 - Complied- extended planter so that cars entering from Cub foods <br /> drive must turn into our parking lot.
