Ta le of Chanters <br /> Table.of contests for Char 9555 <br /> 9555.9680 PERSONNEL REQUIREMENTS. <br /> Subpart 1. Center director. The center director must meet <br /> both the requirements in items A and B or only the requirement <br /> in item C: <br /> A. licensure by the state of Minnesota as a licensed <br /> practical nurse or completion of at least two years of <br /> postsecondary education from an accredited college, university, <br /> technical college, or correspondence school; and <br /> B. completion of two years of paid or volunteer <br /> experience in planning or delivering health or social services <br /> including experience in supervision and administration; or <br /> t. completion of four years of paid or volunteer <br /> experience in planning or delivering health or social services <br /> including two years of experience in supervision and <br /> administration. <br /> Subp. 2 . Personnel standards. The standards and <br /> requirements in items A to C apply to all employees_ <br /> A. Persons who supervise employees must be at least <br /> 18 years of age. <br /> B. Employees or constiltants who perform services that <br /> require licensure, certification, or registration by the state <br /> of Minnesota must have current licensure, certification, or <br /> registration in their field. <br /> C. An employee, other than 'a physician, registered <br /> pharmacist, registered nurse, or licensed practical nurse, who <br /> is responsible for medication assistance shall provide a <br /> certificate verifying successful completion of a trained <br /> medication aid program for unlicensed personnel approved by the <br /> Minnesota Department of Health or shall be trained'by a <br /> registered nurse to provide medication assistance in accordance <br /> with part 9555.9710, subpart 3. <br /> Subp. 3 .
