• CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> MINUTES FOR <br /> HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br /> January 26 , 1982 <br /> The meeting was opened by Mayor Sundland at 10 : 10 P.M. <br /> Present for roll call : Marks , Ranallo, Sundland, Letourneau, and <br /> Enrooth . <br /> Also present: Dave. Childs , City Manager, and Ron Berg, Administrative <br /> Assistant. <br /> Dick Krier gave an hour presentation of the Westwood Planning and <br /> Engineering Company proposal for a redevelopment management program <br /> for upgrading the Kenzie Terrace area. He gave a frank assessment <br /> of the redevelopment potential for the area and answered questions <br /> of how his firm could best implement the redevelopment process for <br /> the City, discussing costs of the service and the process which <br /> Westwood can be expected to follow in aiding in the selection of <br /> developers for the program best suited .to the City ' s goals . <br /> The Mayor told Mr. Krier his presentation had been very helpful. <br /> • No action was taken. <br /> Motion by Councilman Ranallo and seconded by Councilman Marks to <br /> adjourn the meeting at 11 :10 P.M. <br /> Motion carried unanimously . <br /> Respectfully submitted , <br /> Helen Crowe <br /> Secretary <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br />
