1. Name and address of applicant and telephone <br /> number of the premises in which the alarm is <br /> installed. <br /> 2. Name and address of maker , owner , lessor , <br /> and/or other person responsible for the <br /> installation, maintenance, or operation of <br /> the alarm. <br /> 3. Type , make, and location of each alarm. <br /> 4. Such other pertinent information as may be <br /> from time to time required by the City. <br /> d . Investigations. <br /> 1. Alarm Business. The Chief of Police shall <br /> conduct an investigation of the applicant <br /> for an alarm business license to evaluate <br /> the applicant 's character, reputation, and <br /> moral integrity. The Chief of Police may <br /> dispense with the investigation if furnished <br /> with -an -authenticated copy, o.f a current <br /> .11' cerise -issued by another governmental body <br /> or agency located in Hennepin or Ramsey <br /> • County, Minnesota. The license shall be <br /> denied if the character , reputation, or <br /> moral integrity of the applicant is <br /> determined to be inimical to the public <br /> safety or welfare, or if the applicant <br /> falsifies any information in the license <br /> application. <br /> 2. Alarm User . The appr,^,wing authority shall <br /> review the application of an alarm user , and <br /> sh•aa-:1 n.�esa.iga.te,:=.the=palar-ms to be�-1 cemsed-- <br /> by the alarm user and their locations. <br /> 450: 30 Bonds and Insurance. <br /> a. Each alarm business shall furnish to the City <br /> Clerk , prior to the issuance of the license , <br /> evidence of a corporate surety bond in the <br /> principal amount of $5, 000 conditioned upon <br /> observance by the applicant and each alarm agent <br /> of all provisions of the alarm ordinance, and <br /> upon the truth of all representations made in and <br /> in connection with the application for the <br /> license . <br /> • <br />
