The Chief of Police may excuse false alarms <br /> when there is evidence that they are the <br /> result of an effort or order to upgrade, <br /> install or maintain an alarm system or if <br /> one or more false alarms result from the <br /> same malfunction within a seven day period <br /> of time. <br /> 450: 40 Suspension and Revocation of Licenses. <br /> a. Licenses may be revoked or suspended: <br /> 1. For the violation of any of the provisions <br /> of the alarm ordinance or failure to comply <br /> with same. <br /> 2.
