The sum of $50. 00, or such other amount as <br /> the City Council may from time to time adopt <br /> by resolution, shall be paid by the alarm <br /> user to the City for a fourth false alarm <br /> response within a six-month period. <br /> 3. The Chief of Police may excuse false alarms <br /> when there is evidence that they are the <br /> result of an effort or order to upgrade, <br /> install or maintain an alarm system or if <br /> one or more false alarms result from the <br /> same malfunction within a seven day period <br /> of time. <br /> 450: 40 Suspension and Revocation of Licenses. <br /> a. Licenses may be revoked or suspended: <br /> 1. For the violation of any of the provisions <br /> of the alarm ordinance or failure to comply <br /> with same. <br /> 2. Where the character or moral integrity of <br /> the licensee =or °the -`h,icene <br /> se 's`-al-a�fm°°•agents <br /> is determined inimical to the public safety <br /> • or general welfare. <br /> 3. When the fourth false ,.alarm or- any_ such <br /> succeeding false alarm is the result of the <br /> failure to take necessary corrective action <br /> prescribed by the Chief of Police. <br /> 4. When an alarm user has 6 or more false <br /> .alarms in a ,6-month period. <br /> _b.
