CITY OF ST. ANTHONY COUNCIL MINUTES • April 13 , 1982 Mayor Sundland opened the meeting with the Pledge of Allegiance at 7 : 30 P.M. Present for roll call : Marks , Ranallo, Sundland, Letourneau, and Enrooth. Also present: Dave Childs , City . Manager; William Soth, City Attorney; Carol Johnson, Finance Director; and Lee Entner, Fire Chief. The following were changes made in the minutes for the March 23rd Council meeting: Page 1 , para. 10 : Substitute "25" for "24" in the last line. Page 2 , para. 3 Amend the report of the Mayor's recollection to reflect that "the pathway planning committee did not think the abutting property owners would be willing to assume the responsibility for snow removal from the walkways" . Motion by Councilman Letourneau and seconded by Councilman Marks to approve as amended the minutes for the Council meeting held March 23 , 1982 . • Motion carried unanimously . Motion by Councilman Letourneau and seconded by Councilman Ranallo to approve as submitted the minutes for the Council work session held April 5 , 1982 . Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Councilman Ranallo and seconded by Councilman Letourneau to grant a temporary beer permit to Carl Branger, 3604 33rd Avenue N.E. , for the Village Originals picnic to be held in Central Park from 2 :00 P.M. to 8 :00 P.M. , September 11 , 1982 . Voting on the motion: Aye : Ranallo, Letourneau, Sundland, and Enrooth. Nay : Marks . Motion carried. It was noted that, as requested by Councilman Letourneau, the applicant 's age had been verified before the beer permit approved March 23rd had been issued. Councilman Ranallo reported receiving a number of complaints from residents who live near the Sroga Standard Station, 3201 Stinson Boulevard, about the number of trucks and other vehicles which are parked for long periods outside the fence which was intended to serve as screen
