Consideration o an ordinance amendment to allow body tanning salons as a <br /> conditional use (2nd reading) . If the Council approves the second reading - <br /> 2. Consideration of the conditional use permit as applied for by Keith Grewe. <br /> Both have been reviewed by the Planning Commission and approval recommended. <br /> • FISCAL IMPACT: <br /> ALTERNATIVES : <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Pass second reading .and give consideration to waiving 3rd <br /> reading.
