Following is our proposal : <br /> Experience In Criminal Prosecutions and <br /> Certainty of Long-Term Assignment <br /> The firm of Popham, Haik, Sc::nobrich, Kaufman & Doty, Ltd. , <br /> has considerable experience in handling misdemeanor prosecutions, <br /> as well as dealing with other police department and law enforce- <br /> ment issues. The office is currently prosecuting attorney for the <br /> Cities of Orono, Minnetrista, St. Bonifacius and Mound. The office <br /> also represents Forum Insurance Company, which insures numerous <br /> municipalities and other governmental agencies. In that capacity, <br /> we have handled several cases involving civil liability of police <br />= officers. We represent the City of St. Louis Park in all civil <br /> matters affecting the police department, and act as that City' s <br /> special prosecutor.
