Others at the Suggestion of the City or as <br /> the Need Becomes Apparent <br /> Fee Structure <br /> Popham, Haik proposes to handle the misdemeanor prosecutions <br /> for the City of St. Anthony for a retainer fee not to exceed $1, 500/ <br /> month for the remainer of 19'83 . Under this billing scheme, the <br /> $1, 500 figure will be a maximum fee per month. If for any month <br /> the hourly fees for services actually performed would be less than <br /> $1, 500, then only that amount would be billed. Scott Richter ' s nor- <br /> mal billing rate is $55 . 00 per hour. Tom Radio ' s normal billing rate <br /> is also $55.00 per hour, while Desyl Peterson' s is $78 . 00 per hour. <br /> Rates for other attorneys who may be consulted include: Frederick <br /> Brown - $120. 00; Clifford Greene - $90. 00; and Janie Mayeron - <br /> $78 . 00. <br />
