The AMM.-is our organization. It was formed by Metro Area Maplewood City Officials and is directed by Metro Area City Officials. We are Greg Blees united by our interest in preserving the ability to serve our St. Paul constituents and their needs in the most effective, efficient, and responsive manner. All cities in the metro area have many significant, Bea Blomquist common concerns. The Legislature and Metropolitan Council view us as Eagan unique in comparison to the cities in other regions of Minnesota. 14 Jerry Dulgar is vital for us to continue to work together to maintain our opportunity Anoka for local decision making. Laura Fraser Our organization the AMM is a leading force in lobbying to preserve local Lake Elmo control. We are tested, continuously by the Legislature and Metropolitan Jarncs Miller Council in many areas. It is true that the area cities may differ among Minnetonka themselves on some issues. It is important to identify the issues of commonality, 86 policy positions in 1983-84, that we may work towards Neil Peterson jointly, and attempt compromise on others or at least identify those Bloorninoton areas that cities need to concentrate what effort they can on their own.
