CITY OF ST. ANTHONY HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTIIORITY MINUTES • November 22 , 1983 The meeting was called to order by Chairman Sundland at 8 :08 P.M. Present for roll call : Sundland, Vice Chairman Letourneau, Secretary/ Treasurer Marks, and Commissioners Enrooth and Ranallo. Also present: David Childs , Executive Director; and Judy Makowske , Planning Commission Representative . Motion by Commissioner Ranallo and seconded by Vice Chairman Le- tourneau to approve as submitted the minutes of the H.R.A. meeting held October 21, 1983. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Vice Chairman Letourneau and seconded by Commissioner Enrooth to approve as submitted the minutes of the H.R.A. meeting held November 8 , 1983 . :lotion carried unanimously. Motion by Secretary/Treasurer Marks and seconded by Vice Chairman Letourneau to approve payment of $2 ,442 . 74 to Dorsey & Whitney for legal services rendered the H. R.A. on the Kenzie Terrace Redevelop- ment Project during August , 1983. Motion carried unanimously . Motion by Secretary/Treasurer Marks and seconded by Commissioner Enrooth to approve payment of $1, 719 . 16 to Dorsey & Whitney for legal services rendered the H.R.A. on the Kenzie Terrace Redevelop- ment Project during September, 1983 . *lotion carried unanimously . The Secretary/Treasurer reported he had accompanied Mr. Childs to the closing on the property for Phase 1 of the Project. The Executive Director indicated the attorney 's fees would be paid from the receipts of the sale of the project property to Arkand Partnership which had exceeded -the amount the City had to pay for the land.
