CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTIIORITY MINUTES <br /> • November 22 , 1983 <br /> The meeting was called to order by Chairman Sundland at 8 :08 P.M. <br /> Present for roll call : Sundland, Vice Chairman Letourneau, Secretary/ <br /> Treasurer Marks, and Commissioners Enrooth <br /> and Ranallo. <br /> Also present: David Childs , Executive Director; and Judy Makowske , <br /> Planning Commission Representative . <br /> Motion by Commissioner Ranallo and seconded by Vice Chairman Le- <br /> tourneau to approve as submitted the minutes of the H.R.A. meeting <br /> held October 21, 1983. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Vice Chairman Letourneau and seconded by Commissioner <br /> Enrooth to approve as submitted the minutes of the H.R.A. meeting <br /> held November 8 , 1983 . <br /> :lotion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Secretary/Treasurer Marks and seconded by Vice Chairman <br /> Letourneau to approve payment of $2 ,442 . 74 to Dorsey & Whitney for <br /> legal services rendered the H. R.A. on the Kenzie Terrace Redevelop- <br /> ment Project during August , 1983. <br /> Motion carried unanimously . <br /> Motion by Secretary/Treasurer Marks and seconded by Commissioner <br /> Enrooth to approve payment of $1, 719 . 16 to Dorsey & Whitney for <br /> legal services rendered the H.R.A. on the Kenzie Terrace Redevelop- <br /> ment Project during September, 1983 . <br /> *lotion carried unanimously . <br /> The Secretary/Treasurer reported he had accompanied Mr. Childs to the <br /> closing on the property for Phase 1 of the Project. The Executive <br /> Director indicated the attorney 's fees would be paid from the <br /> receipts of the sale of the project property to Arkand Partnership <br /> which had exceeded -the amount the City had to pay for the land. <br /> Motion by Vice Chairman Letourneau and seconded by Commissioner <br /> Enrooth to adjourn the meeting at 8 :10 P.M. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Respectfully submitted,, <br /> • Helen Crowe, Secretary <br />
