ANTHONY, MINNESOTA <br /> Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> will receive sealed bids at the St. Anthony City Hall, 3301 Silver Lake <br /> Road for the construction of watermain until 2:00 P.M. , C.D.T. , ON <br /> MONDAY, JUKE 41, 1984, at which time the bids will be publicly opened <br /> and read aloud. <br /> Major quantities for the above project are as follows: <br /> 1500 L.F. 12" WATERMAIN <br /> 3 EACH ROADWAY CROSSINGS <br /> Plans and specifications may be seen at the City Hall or at the office <br /> of Short-Elliott-Hendrickson, Inc. , 222 East Little Canada Road, St. <br /> Paul, MN 55117 . <br /> All bids shall be made on the proposal forms provided and shall be <br /> accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check, bid bond, or certified <br /> • check payable to the City of St. Anthony, for not less than 10% of the <br /> total amount bid. <br /> Bids shall be directed to the City of St. Anthony, securely sealed and <br /> endorsed on the outside wrapper, "BID FOR WATERMAIN CONSTRUCTION ON <br /> 29TH AVENUE N.E ." . <br /> The City of St. Anthony reserves the right to reject any and all bids, <br /> to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and further reserves <br /> the right to award the contract in its own best interest. <br /> Copies of the Contract Documents will be furnished by Short-Elliott- <br /> Hendrickson, Inc. , on request to any prospective bidder upon a deposit <br /> of $25.00 which will be refunded upon the return of the documents in <br /> good condition within fifteen, (15) days after the date of the bid <br /> opening. <br />- -- - - — - -- --- - -- -DAVID-M eCHI L-DS-, -- <br /> CITY MANAGER <br /> ST.
