• i; <br /> June 18, 1984 <br /> Honorable Mayor and Councilpersons, <br /> On Saturday , July 28, 1984 , the St. Anthony Fire Depart- <br /> ment is hosting an eight team Invitational Public Safety Softball. <br /> Tournament at Central Park #1 and #2. <br /> The purpose of the tournament is to raise funds• for the <br /> Fire Department Association. This Association, in which all <br /> Fire Department members pay dues. and conduct monthly meetings , <br /> is attempting to raise funds for a video camera. The video <br /> equipment will be used to develop video training programs <br /> • for department use. <br /> The purpose of this letter is to request a beer permit <br /> for Saturday, July 28 , 1984 , at Central #1 and #2 . <br /> No beer will be sold. The cost of beer is included in the <br /> entry fee of the tournament.
