The first meeting of the Physical Improvement Task Force was held <br /> as noted above for the purpose of planning the scope of our needs <br /> and conceptualizing on some possible solutions. <br /> 2. After a lengthy discussion regarding parameters to be addressed, it <br /> was agreed that the Task Force address street signage, either <br /> separately or as a part of the street identification signage and <br /> take a look at some street identification graphics that could be <br /> painted or applied to perimeter streets of the Village to reinforce <br /> boundary identification. <br /> 3. Look. at landscaping particular areas as they relate to primary and <br /> secondary entrances to the Village. <br /> • Landscaping and Lighting - Phase I <br /> a. The primary entrance to the Village is at Highway 88 and <br /> St. Anthony Boulevard. The entrance area can be defined as <br /> Trillium Park and the associated concrete paved islands and <br /> existing landscaped buffer between liquor store parking lot <br /> and St.- Anthony Boulevard. <br /> b. The secondary entrance to Village could be defined as the <br /> roadway between the corner of Stinson Boulevard and Lowry up <br /> to the intersection Kinsey Terrace and St. Anthony Boulevard <br /> and another secondary entrance "is Silver Lake Road from Silver <br /> Lane to 37th Avenue Northeast. <br /> C. The above areas consist of Phase I landscaping and lighting <br /> areas. <br /> Landscaping and Lighting - Phase II <br /> a. Central Park and neighborhood parks. <br /> b. Silver Lake Road pathway lighting (walking path) and several <br /> minor entrance areas to the Village such as 37th and Stinson, <br /> 37th and Highcrest, 33rd and Old Highway 8, St. Anthony <br /> Boulevard and 35W (Gross Golf Course) , and 29th Avenue at the <br /> • Roseville boundary. <br />
