(For example : "Silver Lake Pull in the Heart of <br /> St. Anthony" . ) <br /> 3. Physical Improvement Task Force will consist of - <br /> iWil Johnson, Chair <br /> Dave Childs <br /> Terry Hoffman <br /> BPhil Hovers ten <br /> Shirley Miedtke or glary Jeanne Ernt and <br /> whoever else they feel is needed to help them to accomplish <br /> the following tasks : <br /> *Initiate discussions with Apache regarding proposals for land- <br /> scaping the mall area. Use a citizens perspective and explore <br /> options for a joint effort. <br /> *Develop an inventory of other commercial and public owned <br /> sites which are in need of change and improvement. Identify <br /> the strong and weak points of each and set priorities for <br /> community development. • <br /> *Develop concepts to increase awareness of St. Anthony as a <br /> place. - (i .e . , special treatments at the entry to our community <br /> or on its boundaries with Minneapolis , Roseville, Columbia <br /> Heights , New Brighton. ) <br /> All Task Forces will meet before the week of October 15th and Core <br /> Group members will report results of Task Forces activities at <br /> 4 : 30 P .M. , Wednesday , October 17th, in City Hall . <br /> Task Forces should prioritize their activities , find additional <br /> specialized or specially skilled members as needed, establish , <br /> costs for various efforts planned and Chairmen will, hopefully cause <br /> the results of these efforts to be put into writing so all members <br /> can be aware of the various Task Force efforts . <br /> DMC/cjk <br /> • <br />
