The 1973 Code of Ordinances is amended <br /> to add a new Section 445 to read in full as follows : <br /> Section 445 - Gambling <br /> Section 445: 00. Definiti -)ns <br /> The definitions container, within Minnesota <br /> Statutes, Sections 349. 12 and 609 .75 as amended <br /> are hereby adopted by reference for and as <br /> the City ' s definitions of the words and phrases <br /> set forth in Section 445. <br /> • Section 44 : 10 . Gambling Prohibited <br /> No form or type of gambling, whether lawful <br /> or otherise, shall be conducted or allowed <br /> within- the City of St. Anthony except for lawful <br /> gambling which is conducted in accordance and <br /> compliance with Minnesota Statutes, <br /> Section 349. 214 . <br /> Section 2 .
