PDI will review preliminary point range groupings (grades) <br /> and make recommendations to the City of St. Anthony. <br /> 3. PDI will develop a' target pay level for each grade based <br /> upon the relationship between current pay and/or market pay <br /> and job evaluation points. The total of the differences <br /> between target pay and current pay will represent the cost <br /> of implementation for those included in the analysis. (If <br /> the City of St. Anthony wishes to use market pay levels, I <br /> believe an updated market survey can be obtained through <br /> the Metropolitan Area Management Association, from Bill <br /> Joynes, by the City of St. Anthony. The City of St. <br /> Anthony would provide matches to the market survey, and PDI <br /> will provide assistance, if you desire.) <br /> 4. PDI will provide a comparison of market-based and current <br /> pay-based target pay levels, including a cost comparison. <br /> 5. Documentation of the above results will be provided to the <br /> City of St. Anthony. <br /> 6.
