CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 88-052 <br /> RESOLUTION DETERMINING CHANGE OF PUBLIC <br /> USE OF CERTAIN TAX-FORFEITED LAND <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St . Anthony, a governmental subdivision <br /> (the "City" ) is authorized to acquire tax-forfeited lands for a <br /> public use pursuant to Minn. Statutes, Section 282. 01, subd. 1; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the City so acquired certain tax-forfeited land for <br /> a specified public use through a state deed dated November 17 , <br /> 1967 (the "Deed" ) , said tax-forfeited land lying and being -in the <br /> County of Ramsey and State of Minnesota and legally described as <br /> follows, to wit (such tax-forfeited land is hereinafter referred <br /> to as the "Tax-Forfeited Land" ) : <br /> Lot 1, Block 2, <br /> Moundsview Acres <br /> Second Addition <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, Section 282.01, subd. 1 authorizes the specified <br /> public use of the Tax-Forfeited Land to be changed to another <br /> public use, provided, inter alia, the governing body of the City <br /> determines by resolution that such other public use shall be made <br /> of the Tax-Forfeited Land; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City (the "Council" ) is the <br /> governing body of the City. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Council as follows: <br /> 1.
