Subd. 7 . Commercial Establishment : Any premises <br /> where a commercial or industrial enterprise <br /> of any kind is carried on, including <br /> restaurants and clubs, churches, and schools <br /> where food is served. <br /> Subd. 8 . Hauler: A collector or transporter of <br /> garbage, refuse, recyclable materials, or <br /> yard waste. <br /> Subd. 9 . License: A license issued in accordance <br /> with Sections 400 and 530 of the City Code. <br /> Subd. 10 . Special Pick-up: Any collection of <br /> materials other than garbage, -refuse, <br /> recyclables or yard waste, including white <br /> goods, furniture, oversized materials and <br /> construction debris . <br /> Subd. 11 . Collection Days : Tuesday or Wednesday of <br /> each week. <br /> Section 530 .05 . Licensing Requirements . <br /> Subd. 1. It is unlawful for any person .to haul <br /> garbage, refuse, recyclables, or yard waste without <br /> the appropriate license issued by the City under <br /> Sections 400 and 530 of this Code, unless the person <br /> is hauling from his or her own residence or commercial <br /> establishment . <br /> Subd. 2. Each license shall be applied for, issued <br /> and renewed, and may be terminated, as provided in <br /> Section 400 of this Code, and each licensee shall <br /> comply with all applicable requirements of Section 400 <br /> and of this Section 530. <br /> Subd. 3 . The following categories of haulers must be <br /> separately licensed: <br /> (a) Haulers collecting recyclables and any <br /> non-recyclables from residential areas . <br /> (b) Haulers collecting any non-recyclables from <br /> .commercial establishments and/or multiple <br /> dwellings. <br /> (c) Haulers of recyclables only. <br /> Each application for a license and each license issued <br /> shall identify the type of license and the specific <br /> vehicles to be used by the licensed hauler. <br /> -2- <br />
