As we discussed, Waste Management would like to propose a new <br /> service system for the Drop Off Center to take effect on February 1, 1990. <br /> The proposed system changes are as follows: <br /> 1. Newspaper - maintain present newspaper roll-off collection box with <br /> scheduled service by roll-off department. <br /> Cost to Saint Anthony shall be $145.00 per load. <br /> ,Note: This rate assumes no newspaper management fee. If present <br /> market conditions would change and require such a fee, that <br /> cost would be a direct pass-through to the City. <br /> • 2. Recyclable glass - maintain present compartmentalized roll-off box <br /> with scheduled service by roll-off department. Glass must remain <br /> color sorted. <br /> Cost to Saint Anthony shall be $108.00 per load. <br /> 3. Recyclable aluminum and steel cans - Waste Management will provide <br /> six - 90 gallon recycling carts for the collection of aluminum and <br /> steel cans. Cans need not be separated by type. Carts to be <br /> serviced on a scheduled route by a Waste Management Recycle America <br /> vehicle. <br /> Cost to Saint Anthony shall be $150.00 per month. <br /> For each material any product value shall be maintained by Waste Management - <br /> Blaine.
