24. The Subrecipient shall comply with the Lead-Based Paint notifica- <br /> tion, inspection, testing and abatement procedures established in <br /> 24 CFR 570.608. <br /> 25. The Subrecipient shall be prohibited from receiving CDBG funds for <br /> activity/ies subject to this Agreement should it not affirmatively <br /> further fair housing within its own jurisdiction or impedes action <br /> taken by Recipient to comply with the fair housing certification. <br /> 26. No federal appropriated funds have been paid or will be paid, by or <br /> on behalf of the Subrecipient, to any person for influencing or <br /> attempting to influence an officer or employee of any agency, a <br /> Member of Congress, an officer or employee of Congress, or an <br /> employee of a Member of Congress in connection with the awarding of <br /> any Federal contract, the making of any Federal Grant, the making of <br /> any Federal loan, the entering into of amendment, or modification of <br /> any Federal contract, grant, loan, or cooperative agreement. <br /> 27. If any funds other than Federal appropriated funds have been paid or <br /> will be paid to any person for influencing or attempting to influ- <br /> ence an officer or employee of any agency, a Member of Congress, an <br /> officer or employee of Congress, or an employee of a Member of <br /> Congress in connection with this Federal contract, grant, loan, or <br /> cooperative agreement Standard Form-LLL, "Disclosure Form to Report <br /> Lobbying," will be completed and submitted in accordance with its <br /> instructions. <br /> 28. The use of excessive force by law enforcement agencies against any <br /> individuals engaged in nonviolent civil rights demonstrations within <br /> the jurisdiction of the Subrecipient is prohibited. <br /> 7 <br />
