The <br /> enclosed invoice and attachment detail administrative expenses <br /> related to tax increment districts in your city. <br /> The costs include expenses related to the creation of new tax <br /> increment districts and the overall maintenance of existing ones. <br /> Charges that were directly attributable to a specific district <br /> were billed to that district on a time and materials basis.
