Long Lake Ford Tractor <br /> L Motion by Enrooth, second by Makowske to approve the claim in <br /> 7 the amount of $47,988.00 to Long Lake Ford Tractor for a tractor/ <br /> $ loader/backhoe. <br /> 9 <br /> 10 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 11 <br /> 12 F. MacQueen Equipment, Inc. <br /> 13 Motion by Wagner, second by Makowske to approve the claim in <br /> 14 the amount of $7, 127.00 for a truck. This purchase was made <br /> 15 through a Hennepin County bid. <br /> 16 <br /> 17 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 18 <br /> 19 G. Verifieds <br /> 20 Motion by Enrooth, second by Wagner to approve the claims for the <br /> 21 accounts payable dated August 29, 1990 and the liquor accounts <br /> 22 payable dated July 31 , 1990 and August 14, 1990. <br /> 23 <br /> 24 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 25 <br /> 26 <br /> 27 b. REPORTS , <br /> 26 <br /> 29 A. Planning Commission Report from August 21 , 1990 meeting <br /> 30 <br /> Commissioner Werenicz was in attendance at the Council meeting re- <br /> 331 1 presenting the Planning Commission to report on its August 21 <br /> 33 1990 meeting. <br /> 34 <br /> 5 1 . Video World - Conditional Use Permit Request <br /> 35 Dale McKenzie of Video World is requesting a new conditional use permit <br /> 37 to relocate his business. Presently, his store is at Apache Plaza <br /> 38 Shopping Center. He desires to relocate to the strip mall at 3811 <br /> Stinson Boulevard. This move will accommodate a proposed expansion <br /> 39 <br /> 39 of the business by affording Mr. McKenzie more square footage. Com- <br /> 41 missioner Werenicz noted there will be no change in the hours of <br /> 42 operation nor in the signage. He also stated that the three conditions <br /> 43 of the first conditional use permit still apply. They are: 1 ) No <br /> viewing of tapes on the premises; 2) Applicant must comply with laws <br /> 44 <br /> 44 regarding obscenity; and, 3) Any convictions of the owner or any store <br /> 46 employee would result in revocation of the permit . <br /> 47 Motion by Wagner, second by Makowske to grant the conditional use <br /> 48 permit to be allowed to operate a video rental business in the strip <br /> 49 mall at 3811 Stinson Boulevard. <br /> SD <br />
