ADDENDUM TO JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT <br /> WHEREAS , the Cities of Arden Hills , New Brighton , <br /> Moundsview, Shoreview, North Oaks , Roseville, Little Canada , <br /> Lauderdale and Falcon Heights entered into a Joint Powers <br /> Agreement regarding sponsorship of the Northwest Suburban Youth <br /> Service Bureau in 1977; and <br /> WHEREAS, said Agreement expired by its terms on December 31, <br /> 1978; <br /> WHEREAS, notwithstanding the expiration of said Agreement, <br /> the parties have abided by it and have treated it as if it has <br /> continued in effect since its execution; <br /> WHEREAS, by this addendum to said Agreement, the parties <br /> desire to provide for a duration clause in said agreement <br /> allowing it to continue from ye6r to year unless otherwise <br /> modified or terminated by the parties; and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to paragraph 2A of the Agreement , the City <br /> of Roseville is designated to provide "accounting and auditing <br /> i <br /> services" and it is the desire of the parties to amend that <br /> paragraph of the Agreement. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE , it is hereby agreed by and between the <br /> parties as follows that the Joint Powers Agreement by and 'between <br /> the parties establishing the North Suburban Youth Service Bureau, <br /> executed at various dates by the , parties in 1977 , is amended as <br /> follows : <br />
