There was an error <br /> made in 1990 in the Local Government A.id formula used for school districts. <br /> 4 In that year the taxes were reduced. This year' s tax statement reflects <br /> 5 a correction to that error. <br /> 7 Mayor Ranallo advised there is a Minnesota State tax form which can be <br /> P used by all property owners whose property taxes increased more than <br /> 9 ten percent. <br /> 1C <br /> 11 Isabelle Jesalrod - 3316 Belden Drive <br /> 12 Ms. Jesalrod advised her home was damaged in a tornado and has water <br /> 13 in the basement . The increase in the market value was $5,000 which <br /> i4 resulted in a $400 increase in taxes . She feels this home is an older <br /> 15 structure and is not worth the $91 ,000 value placed on it. <br /> 16 <br /> 17 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to direct the appraiser to review <br /> 18 on-site the property located at 3316 Bel.den Drive. <br /> 19 <br /> 20 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 21 <br /> 22 <br /> 23 Alfred Kemper - 3413 33rd Avenue N.E. <br /> • 24 Mr. Kemper noted his home value has increased from $97,600 in 1989 to <br /> .25 $108,800 in 1991 which resulted in the taxes increasing forty-five <br /> 26 percent in three years. He has been in the construction business for <br /> 27 forty-five years and feels the value of homes is not in line with <br /> 78 what has been pl.aced on his home. <br /> 29 <br /> 30 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to direct the appraiser to review <br /> 31 on-site the property located at 3413 33rd Avenue N.E. <br /> 32 <br /> 33 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 34 <br /> 35 <br /> 36 John Myslecki - 3401 Belden Drive <br /> 37 This property owner advised that the value of his property has increased <br /> 38 $5,000 for three years in a row. His taxes have increased between forty <br /> 39 and forty-five percent from 1990 to 1991 . Busitzky advised him how market <br /> 40 values are arrived at. and noted the use of comparables is primary to the <br /> 41 value determination. Mr. Myslecki does not want a reviewal . <br /> 42 <br /> 43 Gary Carlson - 3104 32nd Avenue N.E. <br /> 44 The market value on this property has increased from $72,900 in 1989 <br /> bC; to $81 ,200 in 1991 . The taxes have increased- s.ixty-two percent._ <br /> 46 Mr. Carlson requested a reviewal . <br /> 47 <br /> 48 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to direct the appraiser to review <br /> • 49 on-site the property located at 3104 32nd Avenue N.E. <br /> So <br /> Motion carried unanimously <br />
