• 5. Reimbursement will be made according to the following <br /> schedule: <br /> For the period of: Reimbursement will occur after: <br /> January 1 - March 31 April 1, 1991 <br /> April I - June 30 July 1, 1991 <br /> July 1 - September 30 October 1, 1991 <br /> October 1 - December 31 January 1, 1992 <br /> b. Reports <br /> 1. The City shall submit two reports to the County. The <br /> first shall be submitted to the County no later than 4 : 30 <br /> P.M. on Monday, July 15, 1991 and the second report shall be <br /> submitted no later than 4 : 30 P.M. on Wednesday, January 15, <br /> 1992 . The report due July 15, 1991 shall include program <br /> information for January 1 through June 30, 1991. The second <br /> report will include information for July 1 through December <br /> 31, 1991 . <br /> • 2 . The semiannual reports shall be submitted on forms <br /> provided by the County. <br /> c. Financial Report <br /> The City shall be required to submit, if requested by the County, <br /> an audited financial report to the Ramsey County Budget and <br /> Accounting Office. The report shall show how funds received from <br /> Ramsey County were disbursed. <br /> 2. TERM <br /> The term of this agreement shall be from January 1, 1991 ,through <br /> December 31, 1991, the date of signatures notwithstanding. <br /> 3. CANCELLATION <br /> Either party may cancel this Agreement at any time upon thirty (30 ) <br /> days written notice to the other party. In the event of <br /> -- termination;- -the City shall be entitled.-to reimbursement for--, those <br /> expenses incurred up to the termination date provided the expenses <br /> have been incurred according to the budget shown in Attachment A. <br /> • <br />
